Delete your Showing Planner account

Showing Planner (developer: How's Life) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Showing Planner and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

If you've uninstalled the app

Email hao.vibecoding@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and sign-in email
• Your clients and their saved addresses
• Your tours, showings, schedules, and notes
• Your subscription records held for this app

Photos you attached to showings are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the app.

Data retention

Data is deleted from our active systems immediately and removed from encrypted backups within 30 days. We keep only records we are legally required to retain (for example, tax records for completed purchases).
